Kaya’s virtual groups are intentionally collaborative and designed to be small (less than 15 members) to inspire interaction, collaboration, and sharing of experiences.
Groups are led by a vetted, licensed mental health professional with years of leading group training, support sessions, and working with student organizations.
Our sessions follow a custom, evidence-based curriculum designed by our team of licensed mental health professionals.
Our platform encourages participants to explore, register, and attend our virtual sessions while tracking their wellness using our behavioral tracking system.
Kaya includes 24/7 mental health resources, support materials, and technical support for a thoughtful user experience.
